These terms apply when you use zenraai.com and the apps published by Zenra AI (“we”, “us”): Zenra AI Viral Clips, Zenra Video Downloader and Zenra Video Splitter. By using the website or the apps, you agree to them. Questions: support@zenraai.com.
Client projects
Services such as AI development, web development, design and store management are provided under a written proposal or agreement. If that document and these terms differ, the signed proposal or agreement applies.
Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes. Please don't try to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways or copy its content for commercial use without permission. Articles and guides are general information, not professional advice for your situation.
Software license
- We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use our apps. A paid license key works on one PC.
- Free trials give full access for the stated period, once per PC.
- You may not resell, share or publish license keys, or reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the apps, except where the law allows it.
- We may update the apps to add features, fix problems or keep them working with other services.
Plans and payments
- Prices are shown on this website or inside the app. Zenra AI Viral Clips prices are in US dollars.
- You buy a plan through WhatsApp using a payment method we agree with you. Your license key is sent after payment is confirmed.
- Time-limited plans last for the stated number of days from activation. A new key adds its days after your current plan. Lifetime plans give access for as long as we offer the app, including the updates we release.
Refunds
Every paid app has a free trial so you can check it works for you before buying, so purchases are generally non-refundable. If a technical problem we can't fix stops an app from working on your PC, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we'll review a refund.
Pre-orders
Before an app launches, you can pre-order a plan. Your license key is sent on launch day, and the plan starts when you activate it. If you change your mind before launch, tell us and we'll refund your payment in full.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for how you use the apps and for the content you process with them. Download, edit and publish only content you own or have permission to use, and follow the terms of the platforms you use. Don't use our apps or website for anything illegal or harmful.
Third-party services
Some features depend on services we don't control, such as video platforms, AI providers and WhatsApp. Their terms apply to your use of them, and they may change in ways that affect our apps.
Intellectual property
The website, our apps, the Zenra AI name and logo belong to us. For client projects, ownership of deliverables is set out in the proposal; in general, it passes to the client once the project is paid in full.
Disclaimers
The website and apps are provided “as is”. We work hard to keep them reliable, but we can't promise they will always be available, error-free or compatible with every third-party service.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the website or apps means you accept the updated terms.
