Do I need a detailed brief?
No. A few sentences, a budget range and a couple of examples you like are enough. The discovery call fills in the rest, and we write the detailed scope for you to approve.
Can we change the scope during the project?
Yes. Small adjustments are part of normal work. Bigger changes are quoted in writing before we do them, so the price never changes by surprise.
What do you need from us?
A main contact who can make decisions, quick feedback on the previews we share, and the content and access listed in your proposal. We tell you exactly what we need and when.
How fast do you deliver?
Fast. Most projects are delivered within a few days, and bigger projects usually take about 5–6 days — sometimes a little more or less. We agree the exact timeline with you before we start, and it's written into your proposal.
Which time zone do you work in?
We work remotely with clients worldwide and plan calls around your time zone. Most communication is written, so you always have a record of decisions.
What if we're not happy with the work?
You see progress as we build, so problems surface early and are fixed early. Payments follow approved milestones, and we'll always tell you plainly if something isn't working.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. We fix anything that doesn't work as agreed, and you can choose a monthly support, maintenance or improvement plan if you want us to stay on.
