AI agent development

AI agents that do real work across your apps — answering customers, replying to leads, updating records and preparing reports — with clear limits, approval for anything important, and a person one click away.

  • Fixed quote before we start
  • Delivered in days
  • You own everything

Is this for you?

AI agent development is a good fit when one of these sounds familiar.

  • Your team answers the same questions all day
  • New leads wait hours for a first reply
  • People copy data between inboxes, apps and spreadsheets
  • Weekly reports take hours to put together

What we build

From one agent that does one job well to a team of agents that work together — always with clear limits.

Customer support agents

Answer questions from your help center, policies and order data on your website, WhatsApp or email — and hand off to a person when needed.

Sales & lead agents

Reply to new leads in seconds, ask qualifying questions, book calls and keep your CRM up to date.

Operations agents

Process invoices, orders and forms, update records across your apps and flag anything unusual for review.

Research & reporting agents

Collect data from your tools and the web, then write the weekly report, summary or brief for you.

Voice agents

Answer and route calls, book appointments and take messages — with natural speech and a summary of every call.

Browser agents

Work in websites and portals that have no API: fill in forms, check statuses and download files.

Multi-agent systems

Specialized agents that plan, check and hand work to each other for longer, multi-step jobs.

Integrations & MCP

Connect agents to your CRM, help desk, store, email and databases through APIs, webhooks and the Model Context Protocol.

Monitoring & improvement

Dashboards for quality, speed and cost, test sets that catch problems early, and regular tuning.

Agents you can trust with real work

An agent is only useful if it's safe to let it act. These controls are built into every agent we ship.

  • Three levels of autonomy

Agents act alone on safe tasks, ask before anything important, and never touch what's off-limits — you set the rules.

  • Least-privilege access

Each agent gets only the tools and data its job needs, with separate keys you can revoke at any time.

  • A person in the loop

Uncertain cases and high-impact actions go to your team for approval, with the context to decide quickly.

  • Tested before launch

Every agent is tested on real cases from your business — including the tricky ones — before it goes live.

  • Every step logged

See what the agent read, decided and did, so any answer can be checked and corrected.

  • Predictable running costs

The right-sized model for each step, caching and usage limits keep the cost per task low and capped.

Chatbot, automation or AI agent?

Three different tools for three different jobs. We'll recommend the simplest one that works for you.

How the project runs

Clear stages, a fixed quote and a working preview while we build — most projects are delivered within days.

  1. Pick the right job

We map the workflow, measure it today and choose the task where an agent pays off fastest.

A one-page agent brief with success criteria

  2. Design the agent

Tools, data, permissions, approval rules and when to hand off to a person — written down before we build.

    An agent design you approve

  3. Prototype & test

A working agent in a safe sandbox, tested on real examples from your business, including the tricky ones.

Test results on your own cases

  4. Pilot with approvals

The agent works alongside your team; important actions wait for a person to approve them.

A live pilot with full logs

  5. Launch & improve

Full rollout, monitoring of quality and cost, and regular tuning as your business changes.

    Dashboards, documentation and support

Common questions

About AI agent development. Can't find your answer? Send us your question. Guide: AI agent vs chatbot — what's the difference?

What is an AI agent?

An AI agent is software that uses an AI model to work through a task step by step and take actions with tools — for example reading a support message, checking the order in your store and sending the reply. A simple chatbot only answers; an agent can also act.

How is an agent different from automation tools like Zapier or n8n?

Automation follows fixed rules. An agent can read messy input, decide what to do and handle cases nobody wrote a rule for. We often combine both: automation for the predictable steps, an agent for the judgment calls.

Will the agent make mistakes?

Sometimes, like any new team member — so we design for it. Agents get narrow permissions, important actions need approval, uncertain cases go to a person, and every step is logged so it can be checked and improved.

Is our data safe?

Agents only get the access their job needs. We use AI providers that don't train on your API data, keep keys and secrets out of the code, and can run models on your own servers when privacy requires it.

Which apps can the agent work with?

Most tools with an API — CRMs, help desks, online stores, email, calendars, spreadsheets and databases — and websites without an API through browser automation. We confirm every integration during discovery.

How much does an AI agent cost?

It depends on your budget and the job you want the agent to do — how many apps it connects to and how much it handles on its own. Start by filling in the project form and sharing your idea, even if it's rough. We'll reply with a free estimate, and after a short chat you get a fixed quote before any work starts. AI usage is billed to your own AI account, and we estimate it upfront.

How long does it take?

Fast. Most agents are ready within a few days. A bigger agent with several integrations, approvals and monitoring usually takes about 5–6 days — sometimes a little more or less. We agree the exact timeline with you before we start.

Can one agent work on our website and WhatsApp?

Yes. The same agent can answer on your website chat, WhatsApp and email, using one shared knowledge base and handing conversations to your team when needed.

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes. Many of our clients are small teams. We usually start with one agent for one clear job — like answering common customer questions or replying to new leads — so you see results before investing more.
