Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Zenra AI (“we”, “us”) collects when you use zenraai.com and our apps — Zenra AI Viral Clips, Zenra Video Downloader and Zenra Video Splitter — and how we use it. If you have a question, email support@zenraai.com.

In short: we collect as little as possible. Website analytics run only with your consent where the law requires it. Your videos stay on your PC. We never sell your information, and advertising cookies are used only if you allow them.

Information we collect on this website

Analytics

If you allow it, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use the site: pages viewed, approximate location (country and city), device and browser type, how you arrived, and clicks on buttons such as Download and Contact. Google Analytics uses cookies (for example _ga). Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Google Signals is off.

If we turn it on, Microsoft Clarity also helps us see, in aggregate, how pages are used — for example where people click and how far they scroll — so we can fix confusing pages. Clarity follows the same consent choice as Google Analytics, masks text you type into forms, and is not used for advertising.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent first, and analytics and advertising stay off unless you accept. Everyone can change their choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.

Advertising

If you allow it, we use the Meta Pixel (from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram) and Google advertising tags, loaded through Google Tag Manager. They record which pages you visit on zenraai.com and actions such as clicking Download, Contact or WhatsApp, or sending the contact form. We use this to measure our ads and to show Zenra AI ads to people who visited our site. Meta and Google may link this to your account with them under their own privacy policies. We never send them what you type into the contact form.

Contact form

When you send the contact form we receive your name, email, company or website (if given), the service, budget and timeline you chose, how you found us (if given) and your message. The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. If the form opens WhatsApp instead, your message is sent through WhatsApp.

WhatsApp and email

If you message us, we receive your name, phone number or email address and the messages you send. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC under its own privacy policy.

Information our apps process

Trial and license checks (Viral Clips and Video Downloader): an anonymous device ID generated on your PC, your plan, trial and expiry dates and your license key are stored with our database provider, Supabase, to activate your plan and prevent misuse.
Update checks (all apps): the apps download a small version file from GitHub to see whether an update is available. GitHub may log your IP address when files are downloaded.
Zenra AI Viral Clips: your videos are processed on your PC. If you add a Groq key or your own AI key, the audio (for speech-to-text) and the transcript text are sent to the provider you chose — Groq, Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter or DeepSeek — under that provider's terms. Your keys are stored encrypted on your PC and are never sent to us.
Zenra Video Downloader: videos are downloaded directly from the source website to your PC. We don't receive the links you paste or the files you download.
Zenra Video Splitter: works entirely on your PC. Nothing is uploaded.
Support details: we only see error details or logs if you choose to send them to us.

How we use information

To reply to inquiries and to plan, deliver and support projects.
To provide our apps: trials, licenses, updates and support.
To keep our website and apps secure and prevent misuse.
To understand what's useful and improve the website and our products.
To measure our ads and show Zenra AI ads to people who visited our website — only if you allow advertising cookies.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

If you're in the EEA or the UK, we rely on your consent (analytics and advertising), the performance of a contract (licenses and projects), our legitimate interests (security, product improvement and replying to inquiries) and legal obligations.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and apps, and only as needed: Google (analytics and advertising), Meta (advertising), Microsoft (Clarity, if we turn it on), Web3Forms (contact form delivery), Supabase (license database), GitHub (website hosting and app downloads), WhatsApp (messaging) and — only when you add a key in Viral Clips — the AI provider you chose. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We don't sell personal information. Advertising partners receive browsing data only if you allow advertising cookies — see Advertising above.

International transfers

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, they use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep information

Inquiries: for as long as needed to respond and handle any project that follows, then deleted.
Client project records: for as long as required by tax and accounting rules.
License records: for the life of your license and a reasonable period after it ends.
Analytics: no longer than 14 months.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your information, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email support@zenraai.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

California residents: we don't sell personal information for money. If you allow advertising cookies, Meta and Google receive browsing data from our site for advertising, which California law may call sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out at any time with Cookie settings in the footer (choose Decline).

Children

Our website and apps are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA), and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections, restricted access and keys stored securely. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
